This branch was awesome.. I did not know what to expect because I noticed the rating was kinda low.. don't believe all the ratings This US bank branch was a 10 out of 10.. Yolanda was our teller she went over and beyond my expectations she was wonderful what a awesome asset to US bank . Thank you so much for your hospitality!!
Near impossible to reach branch by phone.
Wow. I’ve been with us bank for years and my first time at this branch..the female attendant was rude, condescending, seemed very annoyed to be doing her job. Usually I can brush it off but from the first second she was incredibly uninterested in helping me in any way. I never write bad reviews but I hope the manager of this branch gives some common courtesy training to their tellers.
