They had a promotional deal that was a scam. I setup a new account and a direct deposit and was supposed to receive $500 after two months of direct deposits. Not only did they not honor their deal, they started charging a $12 a month fee simply for having an account with them. I didn’t notice the fee for several months so I ended up paying them several hundred dollars for not honoring their deal.
I am on the phone waiting for 7th connection. This has been over an hour. I have sold an RV and looking to have buyer pay-off loan and then get lien transferred to new bank. No bankers or services offered at local branch, just going around the call center(s).
This is ridiculous, I have been keep waiting inline for more than 7 mins, and there is only one teller there to helping the old man to do his transaction, and the only teller is also very slow, I don’t even see the end, End up I just left. I don’t want to waste my time. The entire bank only has only teller!!! No body likes to wait for nothing, and I don’t want to go to this bank anymore!!! N
