After viewing several online videos about US bank I wanted to experience it personally. While traveling for work, I went to several US Bank branches in Kansas City trying to cash a check written by one of their own clients. Every single time, the tellers insisted I open an account with them first. No one would simply cash the check. This branch is super convenient for me as I work in the same building they are located. All of the employees are great! They interact with me even when I don't need bank services, but when I do they are always helpful and friendly about it. They are very busy here, and take care of everyone with a smile.
