Great Customer Service I was purchasing a home and needed copies of checks deposited into my account. I went to the Tipp City branch of US Bank and asked for them. Debbie was able to download one check but because I'd made other deposits at an ATM, she had to contact another department to get them. She took my phone number and actually called me the very next day to tell me she had them. I was surprised.
