They need to do away with this ridiculous way of being serviced. No tellers, you have to login just to make a deposit or withdrawal and today, like other days since they went stupid, I went in and stood for five minutes while two people were talking personal BS and not paying any attention. So I left. And I’m not going back.Never.
Why did they have to close the Kroger location? This location is so terrible. Ill be looking for alternative options undoubtedly
ATM is full and won’t accept cash deposits 90% of the time. It’s the only U.S bank atm in Fairborn they should probably empty the cash more than once a week. Switching to wright patt credit union TODAY
