Terrible service. They've gotten rid of all their tellers (maybe for a more personalized experience) however the wait is so long that barely anyone gets helped, definitely not in a timely manner. They should have at least one teller during lunch hours (11-1). Every time I have been inside the manager just sits in his office and never comes out to help even with multiple people in the lobby and all the cubicles full. Absolutely ridiculous.
The whole not giving change unless you bank there does not make sense to me at all. I’ve banked with US bank for personal and my business and the getting asked for my debit card or id for some change is super weird. You should definitely change that policy. I am looking to change my personal bank account because I’ve had a few encounters there that I’m not happy with and it just seems to be the way you train your people to provide customer service. The customer service at this branch has went way way down.
Won’t give change is you aren’t a customer. Makes me not want to be a customer ever.
They need to do away with this ridiculous way of being serviced. No tellers, you have to login just to make a deposit or withdrawal and today, like other days since they went stupid, I went in and stood for five minutes while two people were talking personal BS and not paying any attention. So I left. And I’m not going back.Never.
Why did they have to close the Kroger location? This location is so terrible. Ill be looking for alternative options undoubtedly
