This whole bank chain is complete garbage. Way to many problems to list
I dread coming here. You guys have to find a way to pay people enough money to come work at this branch. If it's so bad you've abandoned the teller line and have instead arranged for us to sit down and wait, then that's a sign that there's no sense of urgency.
I’ve been to this bank twice and they’ve never given me a good service. First time I went to open an account, the black guy whose desk is at the left (I think he’s their only employee there) didn’t get my email right, he couldn’t set up my mobile app, I had to engage in a back and forth call with the customer service before I could get this right. After a year( last week Tuesday) I went there to make an international wire transfer, only to find out after one week that it was never posted! So I basically went there on Tuesday... read more
Entered the bank, no greeting received. The teller stands were vacant, and there were no instructions on where to stand for assistance; a fellow customer had to guide me. This experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this bank. Considering exploring alternatives due to this unfortunate encounter
