STAY AWAY! There is a reason this bank has 2 stars. All the reviews speak the truth. I've had accounts at US bank since 1999 and will be closing all of them. I have had so many rude, condescending tellers throughout the years that I dread any interaction. Today I tried to get a hold of someone to help with a double payment that was made after an error on the banks part. I had a great experience here opening a checking and savings account. The employees here made the experience easy and pleasant!

I’ve been a customer at this branch since it opened many years ago. Today I needed some information on my account, I spoke to Phil, the branch manager, and he was incredibly helpful at relaying the information that I needed in a secure and efficient manner. I have found that for the best service, one needs to call the local branch number and get one of their friendly employees to assist. They have always provided exemplary service.
