What a joke. Been banking here for years. I got a letter today saying this location was closing in April. There sunshine excuse was people are doing more banking on line. They really are clueless. There is always a line at this location since they closed there Alex road location. What a smack in the face for West Carrollton. Cannot wait till my line is paid off. They are history. This bank is horrible SO SLOW. They do not have any customer service skills at all. Do not bank here!! UPDATE it has not improved it has got worse!!! Every single week i have to stand in this line and wait for what feels like forever never less than 30 min they need to improve the staff.. they was never this bad when they had a good staff working for them. Im so aggravated by the time im sone i dont even want to shop at Meijer so they would do good to complain as well. They are loosing business over this bank branch.
ALWAYS keep your receipts!!! Made a $420 deposit yesterday afternoon and the deposit reflected on my account. Woke up this morning double checking my account and my account was negative because "suddenly" the deposit didn't post. I called and spoke to the rep I made the deposit with and he remembered me but kept asking if I still had the receipt after telling him multiple times I pitched it...
