After 10 years im leaving these guys after a legal hold i was unable to to eat or pay my bills the bank knows its my only paycheck no way to feed my family pay my car or car insurance how. Can you get out of debt if can't pay your debts.. I wasnt protected by this bank so I will be leaving them
I recently opened an account with U.S. Bank, and my experience with banker Ana T. is one of the reason I am so pleased with that decision. From the very beginning, she has been patient and thorough in acquainting me with the bank’s services and products, assisting me in navigating the website, and anticipating and answering questions before they even arose. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attentiveness made the entire process smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciate the level of care and support she has provided.
No one to answer phone and been trying to reach someone all day. Also cant book appointment I need online.
US Bank's service to its customers is HORRIBLE. You cannot reach anyone at the local branch and the wait times at the corporate office "800" number takes forever. US Bank is all about profits, cutting staff and treating its customers like crap. I talked to US Bank rep who lacked all knowledge regarding elementary bank products. What a change from 20 years ago when this was a well run bank both locally and nationally. Do NOT bank here. I would give "ZERO" stars if possible.
I personally went to the bank to open an account with my husband, I was not put on the account, but my husband was. Several hours of time have been wasted trying to correct the issue. No one answers the phone at the branch and I cannot leave a message to speak with anyone. I would definitely not recommend opening any new accounts at this bank.
