I personally went to the bank to open an account with my husband, I was not put on the account, but my husband was. Several hours of time have been wasted trying to correct the issue. No one answers the phone at the branch and I cannot leave a message to speak with anyone. I would definitely not recommend opening any new accounts at this bank.
As a business owner, who does Multi millions of dollars worth of business every year when I see US Bank on a check, I know I have a fight ahead of me. This is the worst Bank that has ever existed in the history of the world. how are they even allowed to stay open
Has a great experience here. Called in to request an appointment and got one fairly quickly, and the individuals who helped me in the bank were patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Recommended.
