Has a great experience here. Called in to request an appointment and got one fairly quickly, and the individuals who helped me in the bank were patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Recommended.
I tried to put my rent money in the atm on the 1st and their atm was down. I had to go to two other banks in the middle of the night just to put my money for rent in so i wasn’t late. I almost got charged a fee for being late because i almost had no way to put my money in the atm when i needed to!! This is ridiculous and i will be changing my bank to another one so this doesn’t keep happening to me because this isn’t the first time!!

I have banked with US Bank since 2010, my grandfather has banked with them through 4 name changes, so 40+ years. I have never had an experience like I have since moving here. Back in Joplin, all of the branches were wonderful. Here? Not so much. Wanna call? You can try. But it will ring and ring and ring and ring.
