Customer service is absolutely terrible. Will this review stop you from going into another US Bank? No, but avoid this one...... at all cost. I have had several interactions with this bank. All, have been terrible every step of the way. Lackadaisical, argumentative, and impersonalize experience with customer service at this particular location. I like banking with US Bank, their online features are great.
I always have great customer service when I walked into their branch. J.P. is the man, always assuring our needs have been met. My go-to bank for sure. Thank you guys!
I walk in there's two bankers standing behind the glass one gentleman is helping a customer,other lady name is " Bailey" can't remember if that was her first or last name on the phone with someone.. fine so I wait for about ten more minutes the banker Bailey gets off the phone she looks straight at me.. at this point someone's at the drive through, she walks over to the guy in the drive trough and leaves me standing there the other banker was pointing out I'd been standing there for quite some time.
