I was trying to verify a withdraw. The worthless banjo lip lady hung up on me, and now will not answer.
By far the BEST U.S. Bank I’ve been to. Rick Fowler, the branch manager, helped me take care of business & was VERY professional. I had a problem & went to two different U.S. Banks & talked to cardmember services like they told me to do & it got me nowhere. He went above & beyond to help me when no other bank would. Anytime I have any banking business I will go downtown to Rick Fowler!
Mr.Rick Fowler knows his business, is a people person, and a great human overall. Thank you Sir.
