My family for a long time has always been with U.S. Bank. I trust them more than any other bank. U.S. Bank will always help you when you need help.
Most of the time this branch won't have a wait, if it does it's only a few people. Viamer is a phenomenal teller and is and an incredibly kind person. Also, the ATM often runs into problems and breaks down.
Sure people are nice here but as a bank I would NOT recommend. For example if you like running your errands on saturdays, forget it. Branches close at 5pm on weekdays and most are closed the entire weekend. Also, fees. Also, they dont really exchange currencies for you, they just have a travelex with outrageous rates there.
Recently opened up a business account at this US Bank Branch. The branch manger Sunil is the best to work with. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a great business relationship.
