Before you bank here, remember how evil this company is. They dont care about you, they'll fine you wherever possible. The recently fired an employee for giving a customer $20 OF HER OWN MONEY to a guy during christmas because his check was being held by US Bank, DURING CHRISTMAS.
I have experienced nothing but excellent service here. Love the hours!

Worst customer service I've had at a US Bank branch. Teller shorted me almost $700 on a deposit without realizing it. I'm concerned about what would have happened had I not caught it as I was walking out the door. I realize mistakes happen but there wasn't even an apology. Might want to be more diligent if you are handling money all day.
