I stood for 10 minutes waiting for a teller. One teller was busy, other one was on a computer. Two others were in cubicles. Finally, the busy teller alerted the one on the computer and she said "Oh" and took care of me. After I told her I was standing there for 10+ minutes, she said "Thank you for your patience". She said she did not see me.
Always had nice friendly people, very helpful with issues when my daughter passed away. Thank you US Bank
