ATM never works. Bank hours are silly. Go find another bank. I got overdraft because I couldn't deposit money in ATM because it is always out of order.
WORST BANK EVER. They are rude, never want to help you and are deceptive. After getting lied to here about closing an account went to Brookfield branch and they admitted the male employee in charge of it in Cedarburg was being dishonest about the issue and apologized. Dont trust this bank ever!
Visited on 12/15 at 415pm. The man who helped me at the drive thru was incredibly helpful. I should’ve asked for his name (Blue button up shirt, light hair, older)! I only went there to deposit cash into my account. When he returned to the microphone with my receipt he helped me get rid of an account that I wasn’t using that I was paying monthly fees for and he changed my savings account into a smartly account so I wouldn’t pay a monthly fee there either.
