They never answer the phone. They spread mis-information, and they're really slow and unreliable.
Have banked with US BANK since 1985. We recently sold a car and did it at the Hartford, WI branch. They wouldn’t even make 1 photocopy for us. They also don’t let you shred your financial information anymore. Absolute lacking in customer service!!!
