I have always had positive experiences with US Bank and have referred many people to open accounts here. I’ve visited several branches, and all have provided excellent customer service—except for this particular location. My recent visit was disappointing. It was a Saturday, and it seemed like the employee was more interested in leaving for the day than assisting customers properly. Perfect experience every time! Michael is always soo helpful and remembers me and greets me every time! He’s always quick and friendly! This is the only location I go to in OC….mostly because of him. Thank you Michael!

Fast and easy. They do seem to have staff turnover and some of the employees aren't too eager to help but overall good customer service compared to other banks I've used in the area.
