ATM machine kept my debit card.Went to the window and told them what happened.The lady told me if it was a non U.S Bank card then yes it would keep it and shred it. She also said they are not allowed to give the debit card back.I then told her that it should have been something posted on the ATM letting me know not to use no other card and I would'nt have never used it.
