Terrible service ...They spend loads of time watching you before they help you...Very inconvenient locations, all of there locations are in a hole in the wall of a grocery store besides one that's 20 minutes away from my house...My Advice go anywhere else or save up and run your own bank because with no experience you'll do better than these halfwits
I absolutely love this branch. My grandparents and I have been coming to this specific US Bank for probably 7 or 8 years now. The managers and the other associates are so kind and they always help you out. And if they personally don’t know the answer to a question, they will find it out for you. I have absolutely no complaints and I wish that other branches were more like this one.
Terrible customer service. Both the manager and assistant manager have no clue what their job is.
The worst management of any US Bank branch anywhere. And if you have any color in your skin BEWARE of the Branch Manger! I don't care that he is gay but he is racist and hides it about as much as he hides being gay. If you can open your amount Anywhere other than this branch you should do so. Please be sure this branch is in No Way any representation whatsoever of US Bank, branches, management and/or staff.
