this branch is horrible and the bankers very unprofessional! after 14 years of banking with US bank I came to build a relationship with this branch for a new business venture - I met w/ Amanda, Nicole, and Val. 2 weeks later my accounts were frozen for about 1 week and i had $80k in credit lines closed. i was unable to buy food for my family, pay bills, or operate my business. this bank caused my family and business a huge amount of distress. stay away from this branch.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this US Bank branch. I requested a new debit card 3 times and never received it. I also never received the checks I ordered. Every time I went in for help, I was met with excuses instead of solutions. No one took ownership of the problem or made any real effort to fix it. Because of this ongoing lack of follow-through and accountability, I am closing my account and will not be doing business with this branch again.
