I would give a zero star to this branch quality of work and customer service. Their Manager does not do his job, is not attentive, does not give enough information and or instruction, lines of people waiting because they are slow and not guiding people to ATM machine there. Your requests remain silent under the pile of their paperwork and at the end they just laugh it off! Save your time and take your business somewhere else.
Worst experience of my banking life. my account has been pending closure status since around june 15th..its july 16th.. thats over a month... there are no pending transactions and all disputes have been resolved and decided in my favor... i just want my $1000+ so i can pay my bills..The hold on the account can only be removed by someone at the actual branch and they refuse to help me in any way...its very wrong and if i could take legal action i definitley would.. i mean at the end of the day, they could just be decent human... read more
