Lottie the bank manager was very professional and answered all my questions.
Met with Lottie to inquire on our accounts and credit cards. She was wonderful and we accomplished all we wanted to do. Highly recommend the Beavercreek branch and Lottie.
Unfortunately, the 3.4 star rating this branch holds rings true. Elizabeth has no business being a bank teller or working in customer service. Very uneducated on company policies. To make matters worse, the branch manager, whom would not state their name, is equally as simple. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

They do not make change anymore. Went there to get my $50 bill made into $1s for my sons Scout event, and since I didn’t have an account I was refused.
