Today Colin was so unprofessional that we are seriously considering moving our business and personal accounts from US Bank. I do not recommend interacting with the Beavercreek, OH US Bank branch. I instant transferred funds from my brokerage account to my US Bank account. Due to high inflation I prefer to keep my money invested rather than sitting in a bank losing buying power annually. I went to this branch to withdraw $16.5k cash to purchase a vehicle. The seller agreed to deliver it from Michigan which is a 4 hour drive for him. I initially went through the drive-thru and Lotti advised I would have to come inside for a withdrawal that large. This place is an absolute joke. If you have any issues you might as well just call the number on the back of the card. No one here will help you. They will just tell you to deal with it yourself.
