Unfortunately branch manager lottie has left for a greater career opportunity with us bank she was fantastic and always a pleasure to work with. This bank is terrible. I have more than enough money in my account but they flag it every week for fraud so I can’t spend my money. Getting hung up on by the fraud department each time I try to solve the issue. There’s enough money in the account that I don’t believe they could cash it out if I were to close it but I can’t but a fountain drink at the speedway around the corner from my house.
Came in to quickly open a business checking account with all documentation ready and apparently the 4+ staff members working at 1:30 in the afternoon were either not knowledge enough to do so or just did not feel like it at the time, so I was asked to leave and come back at another time. Ridiculous.
Friendly staff and quick service. Couldn't ask for anything more from a bank.
Lottie the bank manager was very professional and answered all my questions.
