You're a bank. Making a customer wait for 30 minutes missing their lunch break for a money order is completely unacceptable. If your bank representatives do not know how to use a printer to print a money order, or troubleshoot a printer, making a customer miss their lunch break isn't the right time to bring this lack of skills to the fore. Then pointedly telling said customer "well I did my best" as your answer is both condescending and terrible customer service.
