My last visit to the Miamisburg branch was most pleasant. Both employees I spoke to were friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I've had an account there for 40 years, since it was First National Bank. I've never had any problem conducting business there.
Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t waste your time with this branch. They can’t even comprehend cashing an insurance adjustment check. Terrible customer service and long wait times.

Trust me bank somewhere else! Someone in corporate needs to know there customer service is the worst of anywhere! Last trip in to pay my house payment clerk claimed he couldn’t give me change for i wanted to pay exact amount due n would’ve needed change … last time i did that clerk put my entire payment to escrow i had to negotiate days over phone to clear up!
