Never answers the phone and slow drive through service. The ones running the front desk are very nice but i don't understand why they never answer the phone. I've spent hrs today trying to call and they haven't answered. I called 1800 us banks and they could not help me and told me to call the branch. I explained that i already have and they tried to call themselves and they didn't answer them. This is so frustrating when I'm trying to run a business and i can't get a hold of my bank. This is ridiculous.
Extremely poor customer service. Have been a client for approx 15 years with everything from a 100k car loan, personal loan, business/personal credit card, mortgage and now I can't even deposit a paycheck at the branch without a considerable hold even though I've been doing it constantly for the last several years. It is obvious US bank no longer caters to the needs of their customers. Do yourself a favor and get a different bank
I went to open a checking account and I couldn't get anyone to help me it's like I walked in they had 2 customers and someone at a desk ,but no greeting or how can we help you. I waited 5 minutes and turned around and left. What a joke.I went to 5th/3rd and not only had a greeting, but opened my account and found out that with 500 into direct deposit within 90 days I get a 300$ bonus can't beat that.
