I had a terrible experience at the US Bank location in Mount Juliet and will not be going back. On Friday I arrived around 4 PM to wire money. A short white employee with piercings in his ears told me they couldn’t process a wire after 4 PM. Fine—I came back the next morning (Saturday). This time a white bald employee told me they don’t do wires on the weekend and that I’d have to wait until Monday. That same Saturday I drove over to the US Bank in the Hermitage area. As someone else already stated, I have always had a great experience at this location.
Always had a great experience at this location.
Loyal customer since January 2008. This mt Juliet location is not what I’m used to seeing from US bank. Tellers had attitudes. They were trying to help people without money in their drawer. If any other business has made me feel the way I felt today I wouldn’t go back. 30 minutes and I was third person in line.
