Loyal customer since January 2008. This mt Juliet location is not what I’m used to seeing from US bank. Tellers had attitudes. They were trying to help people without money in their drawer. If any other business has made me feel the way I felt today I wouldn’t go back. 30 minutes and I was third person in line.
Worst experience i have ever had with a banking establishment. I opened a savings and checking account, I was advised to use app. Downloaded app only to find out i couldn't create an account to login because employee entered my social security number incorrectly. So after many calls I was told that I would receive a form to sign and return. It took 10 days for that form to arrive. In the meantime, I received my debit card that I could not activate. So I had accounts that I could not make deposits or withdrawals for 2 weeks. ... read more
