This location is barely open now. They are not open when their hours say they are. 90% of the time I go in kroger their closed or Noone is in there. I got this bank because it would conveniently save me a trip. However, there's never nobody in there and the place looks like a ghost town.
They are so lazy in this US Bank I hate Dealing with them
Most banks will open an account without a social as long as you have 2 proofs of identification. I wanted to add my spouse to my account that I've had open more than 5+ years now and I was told a social was needed to add anyone. That was a bummer considering I wanted to keep doing business with U.S. bank. I have decided to take my business elsewhere since that bank will not open an account without a social. I will definitely be closing my acct here at U.S. bank. This bank is so petty and tedious.
