US Bank Customers be advised that US bank added a $12.00 monthly maintenance fee to your “free” checking account starting May 2025 unless you maintain a $1,500 balance. Very unacceptable!!
The slowest service I have ever seen! No one assists inside. Big name but no customer service at all. 20 minutes just to make a deposit is ridiculous! Especially when we can watch them sitting inside reading a paper!
The Neosho, Mo location absolutely sucks. The bank is never open, they NEVER answer their phones, the ATM is always broken. It’s a complete joke.
I used to stop here and use the ATM but I just couldn't anymore. More then once the ATM wasn't working, out of cash, broke or something. That I can understand because things can happen but it's happened too many times for me. Afraid I would get cash one of these times. But the biggest annoyance isn't with the employees, I'm sure their fine. I've gotten stuck behind some islander folk running multiple cards in the ATM drawing out cash.
