Never answers the phone. You could be in the parking lot and see there’s no one inside but workers and they’ll still not answer. Also when you open an account and deposit a paper check, the funds will release within 48 hours. When asked at this branch, the same paper checks would work “exactly the same” on mobile deposit, no need to come to the bank to deposit it. US Bank Customers be advised that US bank added a $12.00 monthly maintenance fee to your “free” checking account starting May 2025 unless you maintain a $1,500 balance. Very unacceptable!!
