Not Apple wallet friendly like Google says
The ladies at the Neosho Branch are amazing. I have been banking here for two years now. It great for business accounts and personal accounts. Always eager to help however they can. In lobby service setting is always a pleasant interaction. Drive thru is fast friendly and perfect when you are in a hurry. These ladies get you in and out. Very disappointed in the customer service I would not recommend dealing with them.
Never answers the phone. You could be in the parking lot and see there’s no one inside but workers and they’ll still not answer. Also when you open an account and deposit a paper check, the funds will release within 48 hours. When asked at this branch, the same paper checks would work “exactly the same” on mobile deposit, no need to come to the bank to deposit it.
