Bank lost my nearly 11K deposit for several days. I had to go and prove that I had made the deposit by providing documentation from the other bank after the check had cleared. Careful doing business at this branch!!
Anytime I have had a question or needed help with an unusual situation Ive called Chris (I dont even know her last name) who is a loan officer or stopped by this branch. I live 40 miles away and pass by other US Banks when I come to Joplin, which is quite often, but this is the branch thats made me feel the most comfortable.
