These guys are awesome! Been banking here for years.
I got a check from a customer from u.s. Bank I have a mortgage there but because I don't have a checking account there they charged me $7 to cash the check. And said it was a courtesy fee. This is the first bank I've ever ran into the charges me to cash a check from that bank. I have one year till I pay off my mortgage. And I will never deal with US Bank again.
Absolutely the WORST branch of U.S. Bank. There must have been no customer service training at this location, and one older woman in particular is by far the rudest bank employee I’ve ever seen. Avoid at all costs!!!
In my experience, this branch has the fastest service of the other US Bank locations in the area. Service is friendly too!
