My favorite bank. The manager is the best & everyone is very helpful & kind.
I've read some of the reviews about unfriendliness and they are just wrong. This is a great group of people and they are always nice. I've dealt with each of them loads of times over the years and have never been disappointed. Personal and business accounts, changes, loans, etc. All went just great Note, it is a very small location. Not that they cant handle things that cant be done over the counter, but you may need to time it right or request a sit down.
Above and beyond customer service! Thank you Stephanie for always helping out! They’re open later than usual banks and have a very nice drive through option! Just pull up by the pharmacy drive thru on the right and they’ll deposit or withdraw whatever you need! Very happy with this branch, highly recommended.
Poor customer service. Closed too often.
Always not friendly.... but I stop by in case of emergency.. even though it is closer to home... i prefer the app or going closer to work in Nashville
