Came to try and open account. Had me wait In like for about 10-15 minutes of all 1 person theb told me it was to late to open one. It was 4:10. Lady at the desk was really rude. Do not recommend.
Believe the reviews. I wouldn’t switch to this bank even if it was your last and only option. I’d move to a company like chime before I did that. They are not truth worthy with your money, they put weird holds on checks and direct deposits, they make you wait weeks for any check deposits. If you do one thing today, do not use US BANK period.. oh and if you deposit a check they will tell you to your face yeah fully available tomorrow, then when you spend money and they put a miscellaneous hold on it guess who pages the overdr... read more
