If you'd like to be talked down to and berated for asking questions this is the bank for you. What a joke.
Absolutely the worst service ever. 1 teller on a Friday. #PayDay. How? Avoid at all costs.
A lot of banks that I've given business to have promised unneeded or unnecessary actions. EX: " We will follow up with you in a week". No bank has ever followed through with these actions. US bank followed up with me a week later, a month later, and then 6 months later... and to make this experience even more incredible, it was the same employee everytime, the one who helped me open my account and the one who created a very pleasant experience in the process. BOOM! Pretty remarkable.
I had issues with the atm keeping getting stuck last weekend and the next morning Ty helped me at this branch and was very professional in helping me solve the problem. Highly recommend to anyone looking to find bank tellers that are professional and caring. Thank you, Ty!! M. Penn
