Juan. The manager or something. It’s so difficult to work with. He needs to stop mansplaining. i’ve had issues with him before he reassured me I would be qualified for this loan I was applying for. Turns out I wasn’t able to qualify and it took a hard hit to my credit score. I know you’re trying to meet some quota or whatever you need, but you’re not gonna do it with me by false promising, and I have to pay the price. Friendly, efficient service as always! Excellent employees!
Decade of experience. Have had nothing but fast, efficient, pleasant service here. Not Wells Fargo or Citi which prey on poor folks. This is an EXCELLENT supermarket branch with free parking always available and good hours. Staff turnover is what you would expect but everyone is effective. Except that I applied for a new credit card to HQ and the Bank "could not locate me" despite years of checking and credit card business to this date. Cutting back on benefits of account relationships in all of its branches.
Went to Ralphs on Twin Oaks in San Marcos. When I checked out I asked clerk if I could buy a roll of Quaters and she directed me to the US Bank teller inside of store, when I asked to buy roll of quarters teller was very rude and said they only give change or sell rolls of coins to US Bank customers.. and said she didn't care what store clerk said she doesn't work for Ralphs.
Absolutely the worst experience. Terrible bank!. Asking for my social security number for making a deposit for my corporation of only 500.00 in US currency. Been with my company for years and the first I’ve ever been asked. Can’t wait for the Rancho Santa Fe branch to reopen. Go to the Vista branch, this branch is terrible.
