Efficient staff , excellent service
Got what I needed done and the staff was polite enough, but I couldn't shake the feeling I was being watched the whole time. I was just depositing a small amount of cash and even offered extra info since it wasn't my usual branch. I've worked at banks before so I get being cautious, but this felt different. Left feeling pretty uncomfortable honestly.

Emily called me a week or so before our CD maturity date arrived and asked if we had any plans for the CD and how she could help. I explained quickly what our plans were. She immediately said she would make a note to take care of this for us. Today, she called to inform she had taken care of things for us and was checking in to see if there was anything else we might need assistance with.
