An Incredibly rude female staff member (white female with brown hair) here. She interrupted me speaking and even yelled at me when I’m talking to the other staff with normal conversation.
Good branch. Easy parking and good service overall. Nice ATM Machine that is always working . No complaints
Good bank, nice staff! Only situation is continuing staff changes. Never get attached with staff at bank. There gone!
Worst service and ride staff and manager.. So i work at a grocery store and get paid every 15 days. I get a US bank cheque from my manager and unfortunately i was in need of money tried to do it in my personal bank account but it was going on hold.. went to my bank to in cash it but unfortunately they cant.. and guided me to US bank.. went there and asked them to in cash it.. they asked for my photo id i gave them my WORK PERMIT which has my photo and linked to my SSN.. they said NO.. i told them i can show my SSN card also.... read more
