Emily called me a week or so before our CD maturity date arrived and asked if we had any plans for the CD and how she could help. I explained quickly what our plans were. She immediately said she would make a note to take care of this for us. Today, she called to inform she had taken care of things for us and was checking in to see if there was anything else we might need assistance with. I’ve always had prompt professional and courteous service at this branch. The manager Kiley has helped us many times with various random requests!
I've had positive experiences with everyone at this location over the past 2 years. Most recently, Kiley Sather has been very helpful, thoughtful, and focused on resolving whatever is needed.
An Incredibly rude female staff member (white female with brown hair) here. She interrupted me speaking and even yelled at me when I’m talking to the other staff with normal conversation.
Good branch. Easy parking and good service overall. Nice ATM Machine that is always working . No complaints
