I know now why this bank is going away. Went in yesterday to ask about a home improvement 2nd on the house & stood there, not able to get anyone's attention, waited 15 minutes then left.
Great customer service !!! whether you go in the branch or talk to them on the phone you just have to be patient because sometimes you have to wait a little while, but they’re all very friendly and professional.
I’ve been with U.S. Bank for 15 years and I can say that they’re about the best bank there is I recommend it to all of my customers because they are fair to people who are not rich and they don’t discriminate against customers like other banks and they still value you even if you’re not a rich person I would highly recommend US Bank for businesses and for individuals
U.S. BANK 4136 Oceanside Blvd Oceanside CA 92056 IS ALLOWING FRAUD Scammers (possibly disscruntal employees)to wire large amounts of your funds right out of your account. They are allowing scammers to open up credit cards in your name then taking cash advances off the cards. In total your loosing thousands of dollars.
