I’ve had great experiences here. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. It’s small so gets a little cramped with a few clients. Other than that no issues.

They were very professional, and I was only in there a few minutes and they took care of my business immediately very kind
Opened a new account online and wanted to add a family member. Employee told me that she had 3 people call off work, and only seemed to be helping one person in front of me 🙄 Asked me to come back tomorrow by making an appointment. Horrible service making her Employee attendance MY problem. Once my opening deposit is cleared I'm just gonna close my account. Terrible introduction to US Bank
