They were very professional, and I was only in there a few minutes and they took care of my business immediately very kind
Opened a new account online and wanted to add a family member. Employee told me that she had 3 people call off work, and only seemed to be helping one person in front of me 🙄 Asked me to come back tomorrow by making an appointment. Horrible service making her Employee attendance MY problem. Once my opening deposit is cleared I'm just gonna close my account. Terrible introduction to US Bank
It's not a nice branch. It's small with poor ventilation. If someone comes in smelling like cigarettes or not having bathed in a while, the smell lingers. Everyone can pretty much hear everyone else's conversation. A teller was sick and coughing on everyone. I guess she had to show up to work with a nasty cough and no mask. There's a weird little boombox on one of the desks that suddenly bursts out music for some reason. When a customer is forced to go in person, what's left of these branches shouldn't be so undesirable.
Never ever again! Hate doing that
