It's not a nice branch. It's small with poor ventilation. If someone comes in smelling like cigarettes or not having bathed in a while, the smell lingers. Everyone can pretty much hear everyone else's conversation. A teller was sick and coughing on everyone. I guess she had to show up to work with a nasty cough and no mask. There's a weird little boombox on one of the desks that suddenly bursts out music for some reason. When a customer is forced to go in person, what's left of these branches shouldn't be so undesirable.

I opened 2 accounts with US Bank, today. They were awesome, very helpful, spent time with me to make sure I understood my accounts. She pointed things out to me. I am very happy with US Bank. I recommend them to you. Those bad reviews about US Bank are lies. Ignore then. At 1st, I listened to those bad reviews about US Bank and went to Mechanics Bank. Mechanics Bank back office closed my 2 account after 2 days. I would avoid Mechanics Bank as the staff is helpful and friendly but their back offic are awful to deal with. You ... read more
