This bank has been my bank for many many years and they are by far the best safe they take care of you as if your family I highly recommend this branch thanks guys for being awesome

Pam Nelson at US Bank branch on State St in Boise was knowledgeable and helpful when I added info on my accounts. She had good advice and worked with me through the steps patiently and thoroughly. We verified the info together, which demonstrated great quality control. About a year or so later, I wanted to re-up my CD. We are new to Boise and urgently needed some documents from the bank. Both Edna & Mariah went above and beyond. Through system issues and printer jams they stayed calm and focused on providing us everything we needed. Although we were panicking we had really great experience provided by a great team. We sincerely appreciate the time you devoted to helping us in such a stressful time.
I got scammed and my money was temporarily refunded but the paperwork I needed to complete was sent out 5 days AFTER the deadline according to my postal stamp. They rescinded my credit and almost three weeks later, I got the paperwork saying so. They have promised to resend the paperwork but meanwhile my account remains in the negative and who knows how long it will take to get the paperwork this month.
