There's better branches around Boise that's all I'll say. But hey. It's the North End. Alot of people in the area I think are under the false impression they are better than others.
This bank has been my bank for many many years and they are by far the best safe they take care of you as if your family I highly recommend this branch thanks guys for being awesome

Pam Nelson at US Bank branch on State St in Boise was knowledgeable and helpful when I added info on my accounts. She had good advice and worked with me through the steps patiently and thoroughly. We are new to Boise and urgently needed some documents from the bank. Both Edna & Mariah went above and beyond. Through system issues and printer jams they stayed calm and focused on providing us everything we needed. Although we were panicking we had really great experience provided by a great team.
