I got scammed and my money was temporarily refunded but the paperwork I needed to complete was sent out 5 days AFTER the deadline according to my postal stamp. They rescinded my credit and almost three weeks later, I got the paperwork saying so. They have promised to resend the paperwork but meanwhile my account remains in the negative and who knows how long it will take to get the paperwork this month.
Pam Nelson at US Bank branch on State St in Boise was knowledgeable and helpful when I added info on my accounts. She had good advice and worked with me through the steps patiently and thoroughly. We verified the info together, which demonstrated great quality control.
