Not quite sure why this branch has such low reviews, I have always had no troubles with drive up banking and just went into the branch to have some changes made and didn't have to wait for a banker and he was very friendly, helpful, respectful and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions.

They treated me like a criminal, like I was there to rob them.
Nah, this bank is totally run down place, they told me to sit and wait till any of the staff is free but they were sitting freely and someof them were using phone i waited 20mints nothing so i walked away. People should know they are getting paid for working there not sitting freely and wasting time and customers time too.
