I have been banking with US Bank for over 40years and never had any problems whatsoever. Top notch banking service all the time.
A Teller, don't like at all!! Other Teller's I don't like either. A Senior guy there is a good guy though. Rather talk to this other top guy there but he hasn't been around lately!!
Not quite sure why this branch has such low reviews, I have always had no troubles with drive up banking and just went into the branch to have some changes made and didn't have to wait for a banker and he was very friendly, helpful, respectful and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions.
Good people working there, good services and love them!
They treated me like a criminal, like I was there to rob them.
