Banks profit from hardship tactfully charging fees
I have seen a gal named Tammy twice here and she has been absolutely kind helpful respectful. She is a banker that I enjoy very much there is also 2 men that work here that are amazing as well so very helpful and kind. The older man has helped further my knowledge on savings accounts and the younger man has helped me multiple time with a smile on his face and typically remembers most faces very kind and helpful man. US Bank major mistake! I signed up for their new 5% cash card which lists Amazon as one of the companies listed. It arrived and I put it in my iPhone case but my wireless charging stand would not charge because the card is metal. I called USB and asked for a plastic replacement and they said they don't have one. So the millions of people using a iPhone card case will have to remove the card to use a wireless charger at home or in their cars. Well I was told in the beginning that this bank would be here to help and that they have all the recorces I need but coming so close to the beginning of my journey they take there hand away as I drown. I told the financial advisor you want to be there for the success and he said yes many times. Well that stops today...many of us struggle. But this bank would wash there hands of you before they stand beside you. US......bank.....are name but where we go to die.......
