Just went to my bank and I was in the drive thru to do a simple deposit, cashier came to the window and helped me took my money and card very simple transaction then she proceeded to go to her register and call a customer from the line and made me wait for her to complete another customer's transaction. I find this incredibly rude to make me wait 10 minutes so you could help another customer. Almost closed my account, not because of the wait but because of the rudeness. Horrible customer service in my opinion. Do better.
Fix the ATM please.
The associates are kind, but do not go there if you are at all in a hurry. They are sorely understaffed.
