Staff is very friendly.
Been with US Bank for 32 years, moved here 2.5 years ago. Our first contact was with Penny, at the drive up. She was and is a joy to work with. I could use the cash machine but do drive just to say hi to Penny 2.5 years later. Beyond Penny the staff here is top notch with great attitudes. Jadyn helped me today to establish a credit card and was awesome. Two thumbs up!
Penny didn’t want to help because they were going to closed soon. Worst bank and worst customer service. I got the feeling she was Prejudice. First I called the 1-800 number and they told me to come down the bank to deposit money in order to clear my overdraft fee and she said “I’m too late to clear my overdraft fees” but than I called the 800 number and the guy cleared my overdraft fees within 2 minute of the call.
