The ATM machine consistently has one technical difficulty or another.. Now the entire branch location seems to be shut down. The manager is sometimes less than friendly and gave no impression that she appreciates my business.
I'm giving them ONE star because thanks to COVID-19, they have abandoned this location, and if you call to check if they are there, it rings several times and you are hung up on. You drive up there and put your mask on, and it's been shut down. Epic fail on US Bank's part. There used to be some nice people working there, but this is poor customer service and they need to have a message when you call.
I don’t even do reviews but this bank is terrible. Their ATM took my money and never deposited it into my account. So now they tell me i can have my money after ten days because they have to process the complaint. I wish i could take someone’s money and set a due date to give it back. I was calm cool and collected while taking to customer service until i was told to called and speak to the assistant branch manager of this specific branch. No help what so ever.
