Chris was very rude and unprofessional under the phone
Back in November, I was pickpocketed. A month later, this US Bank branch gave full access to my account to an identity thief that was NOT me. The arrogant teller had absolutely ZERO apparent remorse for it, and justified her actions because the person "had my ID.." Well, of course they did. But did the teller even look at the ID? Of course not. Because that person in front of them with my ID was not me! Be warned to ALL if you're thinking of opening an account with "any" US Bank.
