When they sold our mortgage to Volunteer Mortgage they didnt get let us know that we would charged fee for an account we didnt even use other than to pay the mortgage. they cheated of my family out of $52 fee that we didnt even know that was there because the account was closed. I will never use them as a bank and I will warn other about them as well
