Very slow
I just want to say Thank You to Taylor Gormish for going above and beyond. Taylor didn't know the answer to a question and her manager was helping someone else. We said, our goodbyes, hung up and not even 5 minutes later Taylor called back with a respond. Thank you Taylor Gormish, for your superb customer service.
The OUTSTANDING service and concern for the customer is due to Brian L., Customer Service Representative at this location. Brian is not only very knowledgeable about the bank products and services, he makes everyone he encounters feel like a personal friend as he goes out of his way to make sure all questions and problems are addressed with professionalism, humor, accuracy and genuine concern for his clients. Rude tellers- unhelpful- going to move my money out asap!!!
Brian the teller deposited money in the wrong business bank account and 3 days later, no resolution, nor follow up. Their 'brief holds' are not even close to brief. Brian gave me incorrect info a few weeks earlier. Absolutely incompetent. I've been with US bank for over a decade and this is by far the worst branch I have ever done business with.
