Poor customer services waiting fot long time still waiting and cashiers been talking and talking with customer having a line thats not acceptable

Concerning my experience with US-Bank, I tolerated their poor customer service for a period of time because, on occasion, I would experience a friendly employee. Eventually, I experienced a situation of multiple errors being made to one of my accounts, one that I regularly use for purchases. So, I was referred to speak to an employee who had years of experience with the US bank chain.
