never had an issue at any branch, started with PFF in 1955.
I've been here since they took over PFF. Rarely do I wait long to get to a teller and they are always friendly and courteous. The one thing we are not happy about is, how their mortgage interest is calculated.
Terrible. Forgot the name of the lady that helped me she looked like she had a whack weave on. Was not helpful at all. Went in to make my deposit since I opened my account online and online gave me instructions to give the banker when I make my first deposit and she pretty much had the "that's not my problem/job attitude." Not a good start to this new banking relationship.
US Bank is a horrible bank. The representatives are rude and unprofessional. I had fraud on my case on 9/15 I filed a claim and i have yet to get the provisional credit. I recieved a call from the fraud supervisor sarah who was helpful but also a liar. She told me she was mailing out a check 9/26, when I called to make sure that the check was mailed I was lied to, placed on hold for hours at a time, hung up on, they also tried to make it seem like i was uneducated.
