I had an extremely upsetting and humiliating experience at the U.S. Bank branch located inside the Arapahoe Crossing King Soopers in the Denver, Colorado area. I went in to withdraw money from my own personal account. When I was told the full amount might not be immediately available, I calmly suggested making the withdrawal in two parts on different days. Went in 10 minutes before close which I usually NEVER do but it was last minute after work and Sarah was SO willing to help me super quick with getting a new card and had the BEST customer service!! Thank you Sarah for your patience and kindness!!
