Went in 10 minutes before close which I usually NEVER do but it was last minute after work and Sarah was SO willing to help me super quick with getting a new card and had the BEST customer service!! Thank you Sarah for your patience and kindness!!
On February 2, 2024, I went to get a haircut and attempted to pay with my US Bank credit card, which was declined. I then tried my US Bank debit card, and it was also declined. I had to use another card to complete the payment. After leaving the shop, I called US Bank customer service and was informed that all my accounts, including my credit card, were being closed.
