I had a horrific experience with the subordination department and the overall process of us bank. I came to the branch in the prominade king Soopers and spoke with Ben Kurz. He was very helpful, understanding, sympathetic and worked really hard to help make things right. I am grateful for his help. This 5 star review is for him, not the bank. I still Disapprove of US Bank over all, and they would be wise to keep him for client retention.
I went to the US bank at C470 and Quebec and had an awful experiance (see review). I have 40 plus checks to deposit and the teller could not have been nicer. They had 2 very nice tellers who were a big help.
