Went into the bank today to get some clarification on some fees on my account. The woman I spoke with had absolutely no idea why there were fees and even told me it was because I could not have more than $2500 in my account. I asked her to remove the fees and she got her boss. He came out and told her to look in my account and see what the fees were. Then told me they were on my statement and I could look up what they were. It’s a first in all these years…probably Manager that sets the tone here. He’s kind of unreasonable. Just a jerk the whole time. It’s sad. Used to have nice and FRIENDLY people.
Hassled with "updating account profile" nonsense before the staff were willing to complete a withdrawal transaction. Identity had already been verified, or could have been, using available multifactor options (SMS/text), so the requested "marketing" information was NOT necessary for the transaction. Whether it was the choice of the staff here, or USBank policy, or both, it was extra, unnecessary aggravation compared with other banks. Just one more count toward being DONE with USBank and keeping $$ elsewhere.
Very nice location. The coffee maker works great and the lines move quick. Great location for friendly staff they always make sure to give my little girl a sucker while we wait. Always love this location!
We love having the bank within our King Soopers store. The staff is very friendyl, knowledgeable and helpful. We always feel confident that we are receiving the best guidance possible.
