They didn’t let me pull out my own money
Ashlee I believe her name was, was an absolute angel and stayed late to help me with a complex account. She had a wonderful attitude and was helpful and so sweet. We need more Ashlee’s! She’s an asset to this branch.
Garbage and rude. Trying to set up a withdrawal for more than five thousand dollars. They won't do it without a manager's approval and a manager is on vacation so I can't get my money. The lady used a condescending tone when telling me I have to go to a different US bank to withdraw my own money. Because the manager is on vacation, a week's notice is not enough time to withdrawal more than five thousand dollars.
I had quick transaction at this branch, but went well in few minutes.
I’m really frustrated with opening a new account. This is not my first rodeo, but it does appear to be US Banks first rodeo. I have tried for two months to get a bank account open, and at one point I was told they couldn’t talk to me until I showed up in person. So I showed up in person. Note: I showed up to open the account, with the president of my organization, and we gave them all of our contact and identifying information. We have complied with everything they have asked.
