New to the state! Hoping to find a bank I can call home. 1/2/25 about 11am the time I arrived. The front counter lady was not pleasant at all. Terrible customer service and I felt like a huge inconvenience to her Becasue I didn’t have an appointment. Never asked what she can do to help. What she didn’t know is that I’m a small business owner. Absolutely horrid experience- will not recommend anyone to step foot in that place.
Literally the worst bank. I came from Wells Fargo, they fed me wrong information so I was not eligible for my promotion offer which was the whole reason I switched. I lost my early pay day. I now have to actually wait until Friday. Now they took a check of 990 bucks. Released 225 of it. Just to take it back and now they said I’m waiting until the 4th which will make me late on my rent. I came into this branch to deposit my savings bonds but first to check their face value before doing so, marco was very nice and helpful but on the other hand, the lady with streaked blond hair in a bun, was super unprofessional, and speaking out loud “you’re checking the value FOR HER??” and Marco calmly says yes i am. The lady just walks away and sits back down at her desk.
