Very poor customer service anymore
I just came back from starting an account with US Bank thanks to Chris. He was very informative, left no details for me to figure out and while he was helping other customers he assisted me on walking me through the app. Chris thank you so much for your help and hospitality it truly means a lot! You guys need to give this man a raise! Thank you Chris!!!!
Called and asked if they can see my advance coming in to my account but the lady I talked with just rudely said whatever you see on your app is what I see on my end. Noo!! I worked as a teller before and you can see more information on your Computer than the app!!! Bad customer service!!
I have been here 3 times to get gift cards. They can't seem to teach the tellers how to process them. They have sent me away 3 times.
